Pullman Liverpool

Review provided to me by my mother -> I booked the trip for her. A beautiful room with a magnificent view of the river. Breakfast was fantastic, good value for money (for a pensioner travelling from New Zealand). The staff were absolutely amazing, and made every possible effort to make our stay amazing. My daughter booked the hotel for us, and also ordered champagne and a platter for when we arrived, and it was incredible. Thank you so much for making what will probably be my last international trip, at age 84, one of the best experiences of my life, and looking after myself and my friend of 65 years, who I hadn't seen for 20 years, feel so comfortable and special.

This is the second time staying here and won’t be the last. The staff are friendly and efficient, the rooms are comfortable, clean and spacious, the location is really good, right by the river, easy to get in and out of the centre of town.

Breakfast had a lovely large selection of cold and hot, freshly cooked items, rather than hot buffet food being sat there for a long time, drying out, as often experienced at other hotels' buffet breakfasts. The superior river view room has an amazing and memorable view of the Mersey and Liver buildings. The customer service was efficient, friendly and professional with all bathroom and bedroom facilities providing for a very comfortable stay. I will definitely book and ask for the same room again and recommend the Pullman wanting to spend a memorable stay in Liverpool!

This is our second stay at the Pullman Liverpool and once again it was an amazing experience. The staff are so friendly and the rooms are just amazing. So clean and the bed is so comfortable. They do the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. Loads of selection in addition to the usual English breakfast. The hotel is situated right next to a multistorey car park, with discounted parking when you present your ticket to the car park office. And it's literally on the M&S Bank Arena's doorstep! A 2 minute walk from Albert Dock and roughly 10 minutes from town.

Best thing is the location, very quiet, away from crowd but still close to the city centre. Surrounded by fresh air and sea wind . Second best is the hotel made the effort to satisfy its customer - despite it's been a very busy weekend with lots of clients booked into the hotel, the staff still fulfilled my request with no hassle. Thirdly, the cleaning lady was very helpful - when I asked for one more set of bathrobe and slippers, she immediately went to get one with a friendly attitude. Thank you!
